What we collect
Your account details (email, username, birth date, country), what you do in the game that the service needs to work (your avatar, rooms, items, friends, messages), and technical data (IP address, device and browser) for security and abuse prevention.
What we do not do
We do not sell your data. We do not show your email or birth date to other players. Your 3dhug account is separate from any other service: nothing about it is shared with or visible from another product.
Messages and media
Private messages and the pictures, videos and voice clips in them are stored so the people in the conversation can see them. Media in public rooms expires after a day; media in private messages after a limited time. View-once media is deleted after it is opened.
We send account email (verification, password reset). News and offers only if you opt in, with an unsubscribe link in every one. Subjects never describe the content of the service.
Your rights
You can delete your account from your settings. To get a copy of your data, or for anything else about it, email [email protected]. Deleting your account removes your personal data, except what the law requires us to keep.
Security
Passwords are stored hashed. Traffic is encrypted in transit. Access to the systems that hold your data is limited to the people who run the service.
