Who can use 3dhug

3dhug is for adults only. You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live if that is higher, and viewing adult content must be legal for you where you are.

We may ask you to verify your age. Accounts that cannot, or that we believe belong to a minor, are closed.

Your account

Keep your password to yourself; you are responsible for what happens on your account. One person per account.

You can delete your account at any time from your settings. Deleting it removes your profile and your messages from other people's view.

What you may not do

Follow the Content rules. In particular: no content involving minors or characters presented as minors, no non-consensual content, no real people's likeness without their consent, no harassment, and nothing illegal where you or the other person are.

Do not try to break, scrape, copy or resell the service or its content.

Virtual items and credits

Items and credits are a licence to use content inside 3dhug, not property. They have no cash value and cannot be exchanged outside the service.

Content you share

You keep ownership of what you upload, and you give us the licence we need to store it and show it to the people you share it with. Remove it and we stop showing it.

Ending things

We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms. You may stop using 3dhug at any time.

No warranty

3dhug is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses or for what other users do.
